2.1 Router HUD Update!
I’ve updated the Router HUD again!
In case you missed the 1.6 Router HUD Update, the Router HUD now has Installer Storage:
In addition to handling Makeup Appliers, the Routing HUD also serves as a storage System for the Installers you use. This can be handy if you have alot of different Omega Friendly Bits. To use, simple keep your Router worn whenever you Install Omega into new Meshes. Then.. the next time you need to re-install Omega, either because you got an update, or opened a fresh Mesh, or had to hit the debug button on the router menu, you can use the “Install” button in the Settings Menu and the router will install all the Meshes it remembers. 🙂
THIS Update (2.1) I’ve added a couple things.
Re-Apply Buttons: Did you just put a makeup applier on and figure out it’s being clipped and need to add the texture to a neighboring zone? Before, you’d have to fiddle with the apply buttons and hit re-apply in the menu. Now, just click the Green Plus button next to the zone you need textured. It’ll apply whatever you last used to that zone.
Support for New M-Type Heads: First thing you might notice there is now two tabs and one of them has more zones available! As mesh heads come out, they keep cramming more and more layers and options and the old 7 zone set up wasn’t keeping up.
The new Type M tab is for Type M Heads and lets you apply texture to zones not normally reachable with an applier.
Is my head a type M Head? As of my writing this… no…sorta.? Currently all Mesh heads that would be considered the new ‘Type-M’ are still scripted and listed as Type A. Over the next couple weeks, I’ll be updating the scripting and listings of those heads that can benefit from the new Zones.
Wait… does that mean we have to redo our Makeup Appliers for new Zones?!
No my dear Panic Prone Makeup Creator, fear not. The Cosmetic Appliers will remain the same. We will continue to use your settings to make our best guess about where it should be applied, and as ussual… if we are wrong…. the Customer can use the Routing HUD to fix.
I already put a bunch of installers in my Old router hud…..
No fear! Simply wear the old hud and the new hud and use the Install option on the old HUD. The new hud will remember and save those Installers.
