Omega Kit Instructions:

These kits are designed to allow you to use your Omega clothing and skins with the Yabusaka Petite mesh body and the Yabusaka Baby respectively

Yabusaka Petite 2

OmegaSystem Kit - Petite(female) ADThis kit is designed to allow you to use your tango and omega clothing with the Yabusaka Petite 2.  While there are some limitations, it should greatly expand your selection of clothing options ^.^

Get it here: https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Omega-System-Kit-for-Petites/6065131

Part One:  Body, Nails, Head, Hands and Feet.

1. Rez out all your body parts on the ground. For each one, drop in the appropriate Script labeled “Omega Applier Listener Script for Petite (Fe/male) – ________.   Body goes in the body, feet goes into the feet, ect.

2. Pick up all the parts and wear them.

Your Body Parts Should now respond to Tango and Omega Appliers.

Note: You’ll notice 2 different hand scripts. Most of the hands provided by Yabusaka use

“Omega Applier Listener Script for Petite – Hands 1.3” Try this one first, and if it looks weird, try the other.

Part Two:  Clothing and Eyes

Petites and other Tinys normally use Clothing Templates rather then clothing layers and appliers, so in your Kit you will find Clothing Layers Labeled “Omega System Scripted _____ for Petites” and others.   These Layers you simply wear, and then use an appropriate Tango or Omega Applier.

Notes and Limitations:

No Multiple Clothing Layers:

There currently is no way to wear multiple layers with Petites 2, so all clothing appliers will override one another and end up on the same layer.

Slink Appliers:   While I used the Slink Texture map for the nails, it is not a perfect fit. This is most apparent with highly detailed designs. There is no real way to fix this, however simpler designs have much better results.

Petite3 Female POPPart One: Installation

Congratulations, you’re the owner of a mesh with a Pre-Installed Omega Kit.
That means there’s literally nothing you have to do to make it accept Omega and Tango appliers. It already does that. There is however a Type-Y Head included, so you should read up on how to use Makeup Appliers:

Part Two: Makeup Appliers

Yabusaka Baby

OmegaSystemYbaby3AD

First, I’d like to say, on bended knee……please do not do anything weird with this. Do not make me create separate appliers for child avis. >< That being said:

This kit is designed to allow you to use your tango and omega clothing with the Yabusaka Baby.  While there are some limitations, it should greatly expand your selection of clothing options ^.^

Get it here: https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Omega-System-Kit-for-Yabusaka-Baby/6115327

Important: This kit requires basic editing skills, specifically the ability to name individual prims. If you don’t know how to do this, grab a friend to help you.

Part One:  Skin and Nails.
  1. Rez your Body and Feet on the ground.
  2. Find the Hand prims and name each one “hand”. (No spaces, no quotes).
  3. Find the Nail prims and name each one “nails”. (No spaces, no quotes).
  4. Put the two included scripts in the appropriate part.
  5. Pick up your now-configured body.

Your baby body will now react to Tango and Omega Skin, Head, Hands, Feet, Leg and Nail appliers!

 Part Two:  Clothing
Babys and other Tinys normally use Clothing Templates rather then clothing layers and appliers, so in your Kit you will find Clothing Layers Labeled “Scripted Y-Baby Pants” and others.   These Layers you simply wear, and then use an appropriate Tango or Omega Applier.
Try the different layers for different fits.

Instructions for NewLine Bodies

Part One:  Installing the Script

  1. Rez out the Mesh Body you want to use and it’s clothing layer(s)..
  2. If the Mesh is from the “Big Bodies Series” (Curvy Females):
    1. Find the Script Labeled “Omega Listener – ::A.A Meshes:: New Line Body v2.0M” and drop it into the Body.
    2. Find the Script Labeled “Omega Listener – ::A.A Meshes:: New Line Shell1 v2.0M” and drop it into the Clothing Shell1.
    3. Find the Script Labeled “Omega Listener – ::A.A Meshes:: New Line Shell2 v2.0M” and drop it into the Clothing Shell2.
    4. Find the Script Labeled “Omega Listener – ::A.A Meshes:: New Line Shell3 v2.0M” and drop it into the Clothing Shell3.

Once this is done, your Mesh should respond to Omega and Tango Appliers.

Instructions for Biggies

Step One:  Installing the Script

  1. Rez out the Layers you wish to wear.
  2. Find the Scipt labled “Omega Listener – ::A.A Meshes:: Boobs – Biggies – Skin v2.0M” and put it in the skin layer.
  3. Find the Script labeled “Omega Listener – ::A.A Meshes:: Boobs – Biggies – Cloth v2.0M” and drop it directly into your clothing layers.
  4. Find the Script labeled “Omega Listener – ::A.A Meshes:: Boobs – Biggies – Nippl v2.0M” and drop it directly into the your nipples.

Once this is done, your Mesh should respond to Omega and Tango Appliers.

About these breasts:  These breasts defer from most prim breasts in that they are SLUV rather then using a cropped UV map like most meshes. This sounds like a great thing…but it means they suffer some of the same issues as full body meshes do when dealing with partial textures and non-standard Tango appliers.

If you use a tango applier, and it appears..weird…. play with the repeats and offsets.  Repeats of 2 x 2 and an offset of 0.5×0.5 generally does the trick for most partial textures. (. This however is not full proof, some appliers, specifically those for mesh dresses, use strange offsets and repeats to get the top to line up. You may need to adjust the repeats and offsets manually for these.

It should be noted, these breasts to not adhere to typical mesh breast mapping.  The Nipples tend to be large and stretched on normal skins, if you can find skin without nipples, you’ll have a easier time of it.

Instructions for Big Bodies Series (Curvy Females)

Part One:  Installing the Script

  1. Rez out the Mesh Body you want to use and it’s clothing layer(s)..
  2. If the Mesh is from the “Big Bodies Series” (Curvy Females):
    1. Find the Script Labeled “Omega Listener – ::A.A Meshes:: Bodies Skin v2.0M” and drop it into the Body.
    2. Find the Script Labeled “Omega Listener – ::A.A Meshes:: Bodies Outer Shell v2.0M” and drop it into the Clothing Shell.

Once this is done, your Mesh should respond to Omega and Tango Appliers.

Instructions for Muscle Bodies Series (Muscle Meshes)

Part One:  Installing the Script

  1.  Rez out the Mesh Body you want to use and it’s clothing layer(s)..
  2.  Find the Script Labeled “Omega Listener – ::A.A Meshes:: Bodies Skin v2.0M” and drop it into the Body.
  3. Find the Script Labeled “Omega Listener – ::A.A Meshes:: Bodies Outer Shell v2.0M” and drop it into the Outer Clothing Shell.
  4. Find the Script Labeled “Omega Listener – ::A.A Meshes:: Bodies Inner Shell v2.0M” and drop it into the Inner Clothing Shell.

Once this is done, your Mesh should respond to Omega and Tango Appliers.

Part Two: Check The Feet:

Unlike the Big Body Series, the Muscle Series bodies include Type B Feet!

This is both awesome and a tad problematic since we only directly support types A and D.

I don’t want anyone getting neglected though, so to get around this, I’ve included an option in the debug hud. “LegFix”.  If you click it, it’ll toggle the texture between the textures for Type A and Type D feet to let you choose which you prefer. Do note, not all skin appliers have both, so you may see your old skin or grey legs while toggling. So make doubly sure you try a Skin Applier Demo before purchasing new skins!

Basic Trouble Shooting

Basic Trouble Shooting!

If you’re here, either you’re seeing this section embedded on an instructions page or you’ve been sent here because your Omega Isn’t working!

Things to Try when appliers aren’t working:

  1. Verify you’re on a sim that allows scripts. Easiest way: Toggle something on your Mesh HUD to see if it reacts.
  2. Attach the Relay or Installer that came with your Omega Kit.
    1. The Name of the Kit should match the Name of your Mesh. Ie, you should have a Maitreya Relay for Maitreya or a Logo Installer for Logo.
    2. If it’s an installer, click it and verify all your bits say “Thank you” in local chat. If it doesn’t say thank you, grab a redelivery of your mesh or open a new copy.
    3. If it’s a relay, keep it attached.
  3. Verify your mesh layers are turned ON. Mosts Body Meshes and some head meshes let you toggle your layers on and off. Sometimes, this will make it look like applier’s aren’t working. Take a moment to toggle them ALL off, and then back on.
  4. Check for Alpha-Glitch issues. Do this by turning all, or all but 1 of your body layers to Masking.
  5. Verify it’s not an applier issue. Take the applier to one of our inworld Mannequins and try it there. If it works, nothing is wrong with the applier. If it DOESN’T work, you may need to contact the applier creator.
  6. Verify you didn’t bork your Mesh. Many meshes now feature methods to remove their scripts. It helps with lag on RP sims. This does mean that occasionally a customer accidentally clicks on these buttons, ruining their ability to use appliers or their hud. To check, simply play with Mesh HUD to make sure the body is still reacting to it.  The easiest way is likely to play with the Alpha hud. If that works, you should be ok. If you DID bork your mesh, just grab a redelivery of your mesh or open a new copy.
