Only the Hairbase takes Omega Appliers!

    • Materials: This kit DOES support Omega Material Appliers

    • Type B Partial Head: Single Makeup Layer, split into 1-2 texture zones
      • Only Has 1 Makeup Zone, the Hairbase Layer.
  • Mesh Type: Rigged: This item is a rigged mesh item. It will require a Mesh Friendly Viewer to view properly.

Step Two: Wear your Vexilles Hairbase.
Step Three:  Attach the “Omega System Installer – Vexilles”
Step Four: Click the installer, and verify each piece of the mesh thanks you in local.

Your Vexilles Hairbase will now respond to Omega Appliers!

Remember when asking for help in ANY support group to be polite and specific with your query. For best results, do not open with “hi” or “can someone help me?” but instead open with an explanation of the problem. 

Response rate varies based on who is online and what they know, so be patient. Sometimes you can get a delayed response, and sometimes there’s simply not someone online with an answer to your specific question. In this case, try one of the other support groups/options or come back later and try again when more or different people are around.

If you’re not sure if the problem is Omega, don’t stress, just try any of the above support options. If nothing else, they can help you sort out if it’s an Omega problem or something else.

Neck Blenders for Men
First.. because there has been many.. many requests…I FINALLY got the Neck kit updated for men! It now includes 1 neck size and 3 neck blender options for menfolk.

Head Updates: In an attempt for a more intuitive design, I’m experimenting with a new method of Makeup Application. I’ve started updating select heads and kits to react to the “HUD” and “ALL” buttons by bringing up a popup for you to select where to apply a texture.  Theoretically, this should reduce the need to use the routing hud and help folks who just sorta blindly click. 🙂 (Since all buttons on the applier will either apply the texture in the default areas or bring up a popup!)

Full Perm Kit Changes:  Well.. it looks like Full Perm Heads are going to be more and more of a thing, so after talking with Customers, Creators and my Minions I’ve decided to make a change in the pricing Structure. Before, to reflect the Added work of keeping such a kit secure and providing Customer Service for it, I set the price at 299L for the Meli Imako Kit as well as the Safy Belle One.   I’ve decided to change this as to not punish end users. Instead there is now two kit editions for each of these products and future products like them.

  • The Creator Edition includes a transferable Plug-in script to be placed in the head before sale, instructions for naming, test appliers and anything else I think might be useful with a particular head. It is priced at 299L, only available inworld and only available after purchasing the “Customer Edition”
  • The Customer Edition includes an Installer and because I know some people won’t set the head up correctly before selling it…  a no-transfer “demo” version of the Plug-in Script along with instructions.   It won’t include any of the other tools and bits I decide to include with the Creator Edition. It will cost the normal 99L but will not have a Group Discount available.

Phat Azz Channel Updates: 

Well…. it took 2 years.. and giving up completely.. but I did it… I found CK Winx! (Rather he found me.. ) For those of you who aren’t 100yo in SL years, that’s the creator of Phat Azz, not the first mesh booty, but the one that really launched them into the mainstream. You can still find TONS of appliers for it on the MP and every booty had its’ own instructions for converting them!

And now, with CK’s help and permission, I’ve updated the Generic Router to convert allll those Phat Azz appliers into an Omega Ones.

Simply make sure you are wearing the router when you use the phat azz applier.  No more clunky Notecard swapping for phat azz (thank goodness).

TOS for Omega Listener Scripts

In Purchasing and/or Distributing our scripts you agree to the following terms:
This is the TOS for the Safy Belle Plug-in Script. Also in effect is our Full TOS.
Breaches in this TOS will result in any scripts being shut down and/or DMCAs to be filed.
It is subject to change without notice.

Also note: We DO have the means to shut down our scripts remotely if we find someone in breach of TOS. 

  1. Scripts may not be distributed copy/Trans. They must be copy/no-trans.
  2. The scripts may not be distributed or sold alone and may only be distributed in the mesh for which it was originally created.
  3. The scripts may NOT be distributed in meshes other than the  Meshes for which this kit was created.
  4. The scripts may not be distributed in trans mesh. (and will not work while the mesh is trans)
  5. The scripts may only be distributed by the creator that purchased the script.
  6. These scripts may not be used to for IP infringement of any sort.
  7. The scripts may not be used in any product that violates Linden Labs TOS.
  8. Occasionally an update may be distributed to add new features or implement fixes. You are not required to use the updated script and can continue to use the old script if you prefer unless the update includes the fix for a security issue. In that case, you are not required to use the new script, but you must remove the old.

Instructions for Creators

Omega Script Setup Steps:

  1. Read the TOS
  2. Rez the Head, Makeup and Eyes
  3. Link the Head and Makeup Layer
  4. Put “HEAD” (without quotes) in the name of the skin layer.
  5. Put “MAKEUP” (without quotes) in the name of the makeup layer.
  6. Put “EYES_LAYER0R” and  “EYES_LAYER0L” (without quotes) in the names of the INNER eye layers.
  7. Link everything together with a root prim if it isn’t already.
  8. Change the mesh’s permissions to no-trans.
  9. Place the “Omega Plugin – Safe Belle” in the head.
  10. Make a No-Trans Copy to test. The script will not work so long as the Mesh it is in is Transferable. So to test it, you have two options.
    • Pass the head to an alt. (You will need to buy them a copy of the kit so they have an installer)
    • Make a copy of the head, then Find a copy/mod/no-trans prim and temporarily attach it to the copy and then remove it again. This will leave you with a no-trans copy of your head.
  11. Once you have a no-trans copy, click the included installer and wait for the Mesh to say “Thank you for Installing Omega!”. If it doesn’t say this.. something is wrong. Check the head permissions.
  12. Test it with the included Skin and Eye Applier. To test the makeup layer, use the Generic Routing HUD. ?

Promotion:

Once you’re set up, there’s some promotion related perks to make note of:

  • Special Omega Logo: To the right, you will find a special Omega Logo you may use to signify you’ve included the Omega Plugin script in your head. You may NOT use that logo or claim to be Omega Friendly or Omega Ready unless you’ve properly installed this script. Make sure it gets put on your ads so your customers know what kit to buy!

Customer FAQ

I click the installer and nothing happened!
Make sure you give it a moment to process, and if it still doesn’t work, check the contents of the head to verify the creator included the Omega Plugin Script. If you don’t see the Omega Script in the head, continue to the Resellers Instructions. (And alert the reseller they aren’t set up right and you had to do it yourself. If they advertised the head as being Omega friendly, this is false advertising.)
